Steve Vondran, Esq. is an Attorney Licensed to practice law in California and Arizona. He also holds real estate broker licenses in both states. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Mr. Vondran gained experience in mortgage lending, and residential and commercial real estate sales. Mr. Vondran has attended Neil Garfield’s “Produce the Note” (Garfiled Continuum Seminar) and has conducted his own seminar “The Legal Side of Loan Mods” in Long Beach, California. He hosts a weekly Foreclosure Radio Show (Called the “financial meltdown show”) at BlogTakRadio.com. He has been busy helping homeowners solve foreclosure problems literally since the foreclosure fiasco started, and he has assisted over 50 brokers in California legally get set up to provide loan modification services with the DRE prior to SB94. Prior to starting his own firm, Mr. Vondran worked for the law offices of Francis J. Slavin, in Phoenix Arizona focusing on zoning, land use, and eminent domain cases.
