Professional Experience

 (1) I have helped many real estate companies form Corporations, LLC's, Apply for the DRE Broker license and California Finance Lender License.

 (2) I have served as outside corporate counsel to many of the companies formed as described above.

 (3)  I have represented Clients in real estate litigation including real estate fraud, negligent termite inspection, financial elder abuse involving real estate, partnership disputes, eminent domain and more.

 (4) I have experience with real estate zoning and land use including obtaining variances and special use permit and extending existing rights to build.

 (5) I have drafted a variety of real estate transactional documents from tenant in common agreements to purchase and sale contracts to commission agreements.

 (6) I have counseled Clients on deed restrictions and CC&R issues.

 (7) I have written legal opinion letters on handful of real estate topics and advise Clients prior to making important business decisions.

 (8) I have drafted injunctions against civil harassment and cease and desist letters.

 (9) I have advised clients in Internet Defamation cases and have represented technology companies in formation issues, website privacy issues, internet marketing issues, non-disclosure and work for hire agreements and more.

 (10) I have handled several breach of contract cases to successful conclusion and handled real estate branch office / partnership disputes.

 (11) I have counseled brokers dealing with DRE licensing and ethics issues.
