Mr. Vondran has attended two widely acclaimed foreclosure and bankruptcy seminars: (1) Neil Garfield “Produce the Note” seminar and (2) Max Gardner “Bankrupty Bootcamp” (focusing on the Bankruptcy Litigation Model). He has also conducted his own foreclosure seminars entitled “The Legal Side of Loan Mods” in Long Beach, California. He has successfully resolved numerous loan modification, and foreclosure related litigations and hosts a Foreclosure Radio show entitled “The Financial Meltdown Show.” Prior to starting his own firm, Mr. Vondran worked at the Francis J. Slavin law firm in Phoenix, Arizona where he focused on zoning, land use, and eminent domain cases.

Mr. Vondran is a licensed ATTORNEY in both California and Arizona. He is also a licensed REAL ESTATE BROKER in both California and formerly licensed in Arizona.
